My involvement with Pearl Lake goes back 25 years or so to 1988 when Vin-Zac Inc. purchased the old Wagner Estate (now the Pearl Lake Land Divison). As you read through this site, you can quickly see that this is unlike any lake of its size, anywhere in northwest Michigan. Depending on how much time you have spent looking for that “perfect building site” or lakefront home, your may or not truly appreciate all the information presented. Either way, I hope that you will take me up on my offer to give you a tour. With that in mind, I hope that you read through this site and give me a call to discuss it further.
